jewelry that is custom sized is not returnable.
Skin
discoloration may occur if you have high acid secretions from your skin or low
pH levels. If you perspire in the heat the salt secretions from your skin
can also cause discoloration which washes off with soap & water.
CARE OF MAGNETIC PRODUCTS
To get years of enjoyment
& therapy from your magnetic products, you should remove them before you
shower, bathe, swim or wash hands. Chlorine or any type of water may
damage your magnetic products. Do not put magnetic product in any type of
jewelry cleaner or jewelry cleaning machines. To clean magnetic jewelry,
wipe with soft damp cloth using mild soap, rinse cloth, wipe soap off jewelry
& dry. To clean magnetic wraps, hand wash in warm mild soapy water,
rinse completely & air dry. With all magnetic clasp jewelry, due to
the high gauss magnetism, do not pull clasp apart, you will damage it.
Instead, slide the clasp apart. If you attempt to alter any magnetic
jewelry yourself, you will void the warranty.
Credit Card
holders:
Credit card fraud and misuse is a growing problem. If anyone has access to
your credit cards (including your children) and uses them to place an order in your name and address, with
or without your permission,
YOU are responsible
for the order and the charges incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
To
Order:
You may place your order with our on-line ordering system, and you may also
place an order by telephone, fax, mail or e-mail. For mailed or faxed
orders, please include your credit card number with expiration date, the three
digit security code from the back of your credit card, your
telephone number, name, and address (where you receive your credit card
statement) as it appears on your credit card account, and sign your order.
Also include your E-mail address for confirmation of your order. We work
against credit card fraud every day, and we try to protect our customers in
every way possible. We do not condone credit card fraud and we will pursue
anyone attempting to defraud us or our
customers.
All
orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder
only. All credit card information will be verified with the issuing
financial institution. WARNING: Credit card fraud will be
reported. We record your ISP information (this helps us protect you and
FDP Magnetics against credit card fraud).

We work hard to ensure
that our products, prices and service are the BEST. We offer high quality
products with low prices. For product information, please call our
Customer Service Department weekdays at (352) 854-7279 between the hours of 9 a.m. and
3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. All pricing is based on U.S. dollars, and all
orders must be pre-paid.
Warranty
Information:
We warranty that every
item you buy will be free from manufacturer's defects. Should a problem occur due to a
defect (not abuse, alteration, or
normal wear), you may return the item for a replacement within 14 days.
Call (352) 854-7279 for return authorization number and shipping
instructions. IN ADDITION to getting a return authorization number, send
the product, prepaid, together with an explanation of the defect to the address shown above.
Items returned without authorization will not be
accepted!
In the event that we authorize the return of a non-defective product, there will
be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are
non-refundable. Any returns/exchanges after 14 days with authorization must include
$8.95 for return shipping.
Note: Due to the personal nature
of wraps, supports, insoles, and other
non-jewelry items, and for health reasons, there will be no returns or exchanges.
All of our products are new -- not customer returns or
factory refurbished.
Custom Sizing:
FREE custom down sizing of
all link bracelets is available to within one
link or less of your desired size. However,
custom sized jewelry is not
returnable.

Shipping
Information (Continental U.S.):
UPS Ground shipping: Minimum $8.95 (2 lbs. or less) which includes
tracking & insurance up to $100.00.
Shipping to AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, ND, NV, OR, SD, UT,
WA, WY will be shipped via UPS Three Day Select unless otherwise requested.
Minimum $10.00 (1 lb. or less) which includes tracking & insurance up to
$100.00.
UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air & Three Day
Select are available to all states at an extra charge.
Priority Mail: Minimum $7.95 and $1.65
postal insurance up to $50.00 (1 lbs. or less) which includes postal tracking.
Priority Mail will be used as a last resort shipping method when only a PO Box
is available.
Shipping & handling
charges are non-refundable.
Payment
Methods for U.S. Orders Only:
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, Money Orders, Cash, and Western
Union Electronic Money Transfers. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and
Florida residents are required to add 6.5% sales tax. Shipping and handling
charges will be added to all orders as above stated, and are non-refundable.
International
Orders:
There is a $100.00 product minimum for all international
orders. We do not accept credit cards on international orders. We accept
International Money Orders, Western Union Electronic Money Transfers
and Cash all in U.S. funds. On large wholesale orders, we do accept Bank
Wire Transfers, all in U.S. funds. Shipping and handling charges are extra.
